Assistenten für Business Development für den deutschen und niederlàndische Markt.

 

Voraussetzungen :

Unterstützung des Country Managers NL/DE bei der Leitung von

Kingolotto DE, Kingolotto NL und Luckysurf NL:

- Vermarktung: Werbekampagnen suchen, integrieren und begleiten (Umsatzentwicklung)

- Traffic Generierung: Begleiten von Marketing-Aktionen (Stammspielergewinnung, Emailing, Affiliation, usw)

- Spielerbetreuung (Täglicher Kontakt zu unseren Usern und Gewinnern in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Logistik Team)

- Sämtliche Reportings (Umsatz, Spielergewinnung,…) und Analysen.

 

 Anforderungen:

 

- Zwei Jahre Erfahrung im InternetBereich

- « Ecole de Commerce » oder Management School  (Ideal wäre Abschlusspraktikum)

- Sprachen : Deutsch (Muttersprache), English (Fließend) , Niederländisch (von Vorteil.), Französisch (von Vorteil.)

- Affinität für das Medium Internet

- routinierter Umgang mit PC und Internet (gute Excel- und Powerpoint-Kenntnisse)

- Engagement, Gute Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit

Dans le cadre de son développement, MEDIASTAY recherche un Assistant Business développeur pour les marchés allemand & néerlandais.  

 

Missions :

Pour ce poste basé à Levallois Perret (92), en collaboration avec notre équipe marketing et business développement, vous aurez pour mission principale sous la responsabilité d’un Business Développeur Senior, de gérer les marques éditées par Mediastay sur les deux marchés allemand et néerlandais:  

-         Suivi et optimisations des campagnes de publicité existantes: mise en ligne de bannières, programmation de coregistrations & d’emails, suivi via adserver

-         Négociation avec nos différents clients et partenaires (annonceurs, agences, plateforme d’affiliation, etc..)

-         Analyse des différentes sources de revenus et d’achats trafic (keywords, réseaux sociaux, agences médias)

-         Aide à la mise en place de la stratégie marketing sur chacun des marchés

-         Réflexion stratégique sur l’amélioration des offres commerciales et sur les axes de promotion des marques Mediastay

-         Reportings réguliers auprès de la direction et des clients

Votre profil :

-         Vous parlez couramment parfaitement l’allemand

-         Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience réussie d’au moins un an dans le marketing à la performance online, idéalement dans l’affiliation sur le  marché allemand ou néerlandais (le néerlandais est optionnel pour ce poste)

-         Vous maîtrisez les outils type « Adserving »

-         Vous avez un excellent sens de l’analyse Vous avez un bon sens commercial (négociation, prospection,…)

-         Vous aimez les challenges et le travail en équipe

-         Vous aimez les chiffres et maitrisez Excel

The role: Assistant Business Developer UK

As an Assistant Business Developer on the UK market, you'll be helping developing and managing relationships with direct clients, which means you need to be a focused, proactive self-starter, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You'll use your analytical skills to develop and close new business, grow existing business, and support your team with research, market analysis, and other collateral.

Responsibilities:

    Take responsibility for development of new partnership and revenue sources
    Provide campaign updates
    Manage and optimize site animation
    Monthly report on sales and advertising figures
    Manage contacts with users, increase their loyalty in a cooperation with Logistic department

Requirements:

    BA/BS/ Ecole de Commerce degree or equivalent
    Passionate about the Internet market, communication and marketing in general
    Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.

Dans le cadre du suivi de Kingolotto NL, Luckysurf NL et autre site web de Mediastay, rattaché au Business Development Manager, vous remplissez les missions suivantes : 

• Mise en place et suivi des campagnes publicitaires (développement du CA) 
• Participation au développement de nouvelles sources de revenus 
• Mise en place d’actions marketing sur les différents sites (fidélisation, emailing, etc) 
• Gestion du support client (contact quotidien avec les membres du site) 
• La modélisation et la réalisation des reportings 

Profil :

• Expérience dans un poste similaire 
• Langues : Excellent niveau en Néerlandais, très bon niveau en Anglais, Français (niveau communication professionnelle) 
• Passionné(e) par l’Internet et la communication en général 
• Excellent relationnel
